AV Rant #82 - Monster Madness Infinity [0.17] by clint,July 13, 2008 21:37
This week Tom is out of town “getting tan” (we seriously think he checked himself in at a mental institution, but who knows) and Clint DeBoer fills in with Dina. Clint finds that he’s not “bitter enough” to really replace Tom for any length of time. Clint’s Monster Cable long HDMI cable shootout is finally published at Audioholics. The same week, Monster Cable sues a children’s clothing store. Yeah... it's been an interesting seven days.
DJ Icey: The Funky Breaks [0.17] by clint,December 07, 2006 22:50
I first had the pleasure of hearing this cd in the car install garages of Sensuous Sounds, Inc. a few months ago and then borrowed it from a friend a few weeks after that. The compilation's style is somewhere between house and techno rythyms, which seems to be the forte of DJ Icey.

Audyssey MultEQ Pro EQ Listening System - Part 1 [0.16] by Patrick Hart,December 17, 2006 15:35
Reference System 6: Jim Robbins [0.16] by clint,December 31, 2006 20:00
Starting many years ago with a meager HTIB, TV and VCR, this system has worked its way into a full home theater with 106” projection screen, full 7.1 audio setup, and high definition sources. You can read about his progression in “Am I an Audoholic?” The primary motivation behind upgrades for Reference System 6 has been primarily been a better video gaming experience, but movie watching was a close second. This theater is the primary screen for movies and daily TV viewing. Of course, music is a part of the Robbins’ household, so there is also a separate 2-channel system in the main living room.
Speaker Selections, Receiver Recommendations, Bose EQ [0.16] by clint,August 30, 2004 20:00
I need a recommendation for a home theater receiver. First, I would like to use my floor speakers for my main channel speakers, without a subwoofer. I plan on buying center and rear surround speakers. I am replacing a classic Yamaha integrated amp that has died (for the 3rd time).
