Audioholics SOTU Trade Show - Registration Deadline This Weekend!

This weekend is your last chance to register for our 10^th Annual State of the CE Union Event to be hosted this October 23^rd and 24^th at the beautiful Disney Dolphin resort in Orlando Florida. With 7 state of the art demo rooms packed with never before seen A/V gear from leading manufacturers, great educational seminars and tons of free food and product giveaways, you won’t want to miss out!

Here is a peek into some of the demo rooms hosted at our event

Emotiva

• HT setup will be: an XPA-5, XPA-2, three of our ERM 6.3’s (the large ‘center’ channel speakers), 4 ERD-1’s, and hopefully (prays, weeps, crosses fingers) a UMC-1 and a dual sub set.
• 2 Channel setup: New ERC-1 CD player, RSP-2, two ERT-3 towers, and maybe a sub…not sure on that yet.

Sherwood Newcastle

• Sherwood Newcastle will be demoing their new flagship receiver R-972 for the very first time at this year’s Audioholics State of the CE Union trade show. According to Jeffrey Hipps, Sherwood's Sr. VP for Marketing and Product Planning, "The R-972 was designed offer a completely contemporary suite of high performance audio/video features, yet it needed to stand out from the pack. With its Trinnov Optimizer Room Correction System, this is certainly a must hear demo you won't want to miss.
  

Yamaha

• Yamaha Electronics Corporation will demonstrate its first Blu-ray disc player and flagship RX-Z11 11.2 channel network AV receiver at Audioholics 2008 State of the CE Union trade show at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida, on October 22 – 24, 2008. The company will also display the latest addition to its high end RX-Z series receivers, the RX-Z7, as well as its RX-V3900 network AV receiver.

Spooky Banquet Dinner Event / Costume Party

Scary ghouls, freaky music and spooky Audioholics staff. That’s just some of the freebies you’ll get at our Halloween banquet party.

The Spanish tradition will intermix with the dark side of Halloween, to give you all goose bumps; the exhilarating dancing of our flamenco couple and our live “downtown DJ’s” will keep your hairs shrieking.

Don’t’ forget to freak your self up. The best costume will win prize and a trophy to show off. So, get your imaginations going!

We’ll make sure the food measures up as well. The Dolphin hotel is recognized nationally and internationally for their gourmet specialties. We have chosen under their guidance the “eeriest. Augustine buffet.” filled with Bohemian sea foods, delicious and tangy fruits and many meat specialties; a multiple course meal mouth-watering desserts prepared by world renowned chefs.

We don’t wanna give away too many details, as the ghouls may get angry with us.

As a result of the recent surge in demand for participating in our event, we are extending the registration deadline until the end of this weekend October 12^th.

If you register now, we will waive the $75 registration fee for up to two people from your party.
