The kit contains all the equipment required to install an HDTV flat-panel display:

Wall mount — The universal wall mount is constructed of high-quality materials that protect consumers’ investment by securly holding the plasma or LCD flat-panel display to the wall. Available in a pivot/tilt or ultra-flat configuration, the mount enhances rather than detracts from the HDTV experience.
