Integra Wall ControllerIntegra has introduced the all-new Professional Amplifier Series, developed in collaboration with custom integrators and engineered for reliability, high performance, and long-lasting precision, according to the company. Intended for both residential and commercial installations, the four models in the Pro Amplifier Series promise precise amplification and easy-to-use controls. The imaginatively-named 4125DSP ($1,900), 4500DSP ($3,600), 8125DSP ($3,700), and 8500DSP ($6,000) offer various channel counts and power output amounts in 70V or 8-Ohm/4-Ohm configurations to suit the distributed audio needs of pro integrators and savvy whole-home audio customers. Each unit benefits from an intuitive online setup GUI, included rack mounts for seamless integration, a reassuring 5-year warranty, and easy-to-read back panels with black text on a white background. An optional wall controller completes the offering.

Integra says that these compact, Class D amps provide market-leading power density, delivering up to 4 × 125 W constant-voltage channels in a 1RU half-rack format. Channels can also share power, providing up to 250 W each for maximum installer flexibility. The amps are configured though software called Intuitive Control SW, which is reportedly optimized for both commercial and residential installations. Inputs, zones, outputs, and backup settings can all be adjusted via the web. Or, for both simple setup and day-to-day operation, Integra offers an optional ($370 each) wall-mounted Zone Controller, which runs on an intuitive, web-based platform, according to the company. Available in black or white, it offers a secure 4-pin passcode, real-time syncing, and quick navigation of your smart home audio system. The Professional Amplifiers include built-in software tools for streamlined installation in partnership with Q-SYS, C4, RTI, Crestron, Symetrix, AMX, and URC.

Klipsch Speaker Presets

All of the Professional Amplifier models include built-in Klipsch Speaker Presets for optimal alignment with the loudspeaker manufacturer’s custom installation products. We’re told that these presets seamlessly integrate EQ, limiters, compressors, and more, in order to optimize performance and simplify setup. Integra has also launched an all-new website built for custom integrators to give them faster access to product documentation, both during the design phase and during on-site setup. The company is placing a focus on simplicity from start to finish.

The Pro Amplifier Series is poised to make a lasting impact with performance-minded integrators. This is precisely what we needed to elevate Integra’s Custom Solutions portfolio, and we’re proud to once again deliver an amplifier series unlike anything else in the CEDIA channel.
