Accell, a provider of premium audio/video and computer accessories, today announced the company will exhibit their new HDMI over single Cat5e/6
HD-AV Center based on HDBaseT technology at the 2011 International CES.  Accell’s HD-AV Center can support long cable runs of up to 328 feet (100m), and can be viewed at CES from Jan. 6-9, 2011, at Booth #20325. The Accell HD-AV Center is a transmitter and receiver set featuring HDBaseT technology, can send uncompressed full HD digital video, audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, RS232 and infrared control signals over a single Cat5e cable. The HD-AV is optimized for High Definition video application, supporting all resolutions and video formats including 1080p, 4K and 3D.

Featuring a data transfer rate of up to 10.2Gbps, the HD-AV Center is fully HDCP compliant and compatible with the latest HDMI High Speed specification.  The HD-AV Center supports the CEC functionality and provides an Ethernet 10/100BaseTx pass through, which is ideal for use with IP enabled TV’s and devices.
