I added an album into iTunes and that was just fine. I tried to get BluOS to index it and it didn't. I did a full reindex which instead of about 5 minutes it takes about 45 minutes. It recollected all of my previously existing music but still didn't add the new album.
I went into shares and added "Guest" to share the actual location of my music at \itunes media\music.
I did a quick reindex in BluOS and it added the new album but still looking at the alias Music2 folder.
This stuff is crazy.
I've since added more new albums and BluOS is adding them now. I hope that continues. Whether I continue to use iTunes after my iPod dies or not, I don't think that I'll be relocating where I keep my music library for fear of breaking this again.
