coNEXTion Systems Adds Four New Powered Subs

Simi Valley - coNEXTion Systems, developer of the patent-pending NO-TOOLS ceiling and inwall products, adds four powered subwoofers to its award winning C/I speaker line.

The two top of the line models will feature compact cabinets and servo controlled amplifiers in a beautiful gloss black finish. They both include a treated long fiber cellulose cone driver with butyl rubber surround, a sophisticated limiting circuitry with an auto sensing variable high-pass filter, an adjustable low pass filter, and a phase control.

The gbsw-12 and gbsw-10 feature a 12" woofer with a 350 watt amplifier and a 10" driver with a 250 watt amplifier, respectively. Estimated retail price for the gbsw-12 will be $900 and $750 for the gbsw-10.

Two entry level subwoofers will be round out the lineup. Models basw-8 and basw-10 will feature an 8" long throw paper driver with a 100 watt amplifier and a 10" long throw poly driver with a 150 watt amplifier. Both models will be available in a high quality black ash vinyl finish. Estimated MSRP for the basw-10 will be $550 and $349 for the basw-8.

All subwoofers can all be purchased separately, and be mixed and matched with coNEXTion inwall models and inceiling products. The four subwoofers are expected to begin shipping in fourth quarter 2005.
