As a reviewer, one gets a chance to see, hear and play with a variety of equipment - some good and some not so good. Every now and then a product comes into your hands that takes you by surprise. The Audioengine 5 is one of those. Let’s face the facts; in the world of MP3 players and portable music systems, most of them leave a lot to be desired. This is not true of the Audioengine A5.
