The Samsung UN46C9000 is one of two 3D-capable LED TVs (UN46, UN55) released in 2010 alongside the weaker C8000 Series. Like the C8000 models, the UN46C9000 and UN55C9000 both feature a built-in 3D processor and emitter that enable compatibility with multiple 3D standards. The UN46C9000, however, incorporates an auto-conversion system that will present both native 3D as well as 2D images in 3D. Included also with the 46” display is support for 1080p resolutions at a rapid 240Hz refresh rate; not to mention support for Samsung’s recently expanded Internet@TV service, which now allows users to stream content from Blockbuster, Netflix, USA Today, and VUDU video on demand. Another addition from the C8000 is a touch-screen universal remote that doubles as a second screen.
