Editor-in-Chief, President of the Home Theater Alliance, ISF Certified, THX Certified Technician II
Clint's
career has covered nearly the entire realm of audio
and video production. After graduating at the top
of his class with an Associates Degree in Recording
Engineering,
Clint began working for Soundelux in
1994, one of the largest post-production companies
specializing in audio for feature films & television.
Working on a myriad of feature
films, Clint developed and honed the
skills necessary to discern great sound quality,
and design
great sound
tracks as a dialogue editor, foley editor and sound
designer. Years later, Clint moved into the expanding
area of video editing, where he served as the company's
Senior AVID Video Editor for three years. Working
for such clients as Universal Pictures, Hollywood
Pictures,
Paramount Home Entertainment, NASA, Universal Studios,
Planet Hollywood, SEGA and others, Clint dealt extensively
with matters of film & video editing, color correction,
and digital video & MPEG compression.
Setting his sights on the dawning world of digital media, Clint volunteered to initiate a web and CD-ROM development division at Soundelux. Retooling his skill set to encompass these emerging technologies, he was soon spearheading the company’s efforts in these new areas. In 1996 he formed his own multimedia company, CD Media, Inc, to provide the finest interactive website, DVD, and multimedia CD-ROM solutions to corporate and entertainment markets worldwide. A natural extension of his career training, CD Media, Inc. is a growing company, specializing in producing graphically-pleasing multimedia content that combines solid marketing with rich audio and video content. Audioholics.com is just one of the many projects CD Media, Inc. is currently developing.
Clint is also the President of the Home Theater Alliance, and organization designed to promote industry standards and enhance consumer awareness of technological advances within the consumer electronics industry.
